TAB Innovations operates the tabinnovations.com website, which provides the SERVICE.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our business policies regarding payment if visitors decides to use our Service, TAB Innovations.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the policies listed in our Terms of Use. 

Basic Policies 

There are NO Refunds

Services more than $50 will require a 25% deposit prior to the start of work.

Services $50 and under should be paid in full prior to receiving final product.

TAB Innovations reserve the right to add completed projects on our social platforms and websites, unless a Privacy Issue is communicated.

All services will be watermarked until final payment is made.

No payments, no final product.

Web Designs 

10-15 business days turnaround time with the exceptions may apply.

A rush fee will be an additional 30% of the total price if web elements are needed before five business days.

All websites will be placed on a sub domain owned by TAB until final payment is received.

A late fee will be an additional 10% of total price if balance is unpaid within 5 business days upon completion.

Clients will be charged an Overflow Fee of $15 per week, if the website takes more than 20 business days to complete due to the client’s inability to provide needed information in a timely manner. This charge will not be applied if there is any inability on TAB’s behalf.

Maximum of 3 changes per page, $5 per change thereafter.

Any website software and/or plugins needed for the completion of a website is the responsibility of the client and will be added to the client’s final invoice.

Graphics

2-3 business days turnaround time with the exception of branding packaged.

A rush fee of $20 applicable if service is needed within one business day.

Maximum of 3 changes per service, $5 per change thereafter.

A Late Fee of $25 will be applied if the design is completed and balance is unpaid after five business days.
